In the version 1.00 we added the following features that were missing in 0.92.
Customizable recruitment stages for candidates
This feature adds an extra dimension that will help you to categorize your candidates showing how far they are in your recruitment process. Recruitment stages are totally configurable from your company account. After logging with your company credentials go to the Settings>Recruitment stages in the top menu.
After that you will see the list of basic recruitment stages. Depending on your demands you can add, remove, rename or reorganize items in the list . Let's add the stage called "2nd round" to the list by clicking add new stage
As a result of this a "New recruitment stage" item will appear on the top of the list. In order to give it a proper name you will have to click the edit icon on the stage.
Let's rename "New recruitment stage"into "2nd round"
Notice that all recruitment stages should be ordered so the items are on the top of the list are closer to the end of the recruitment process. You can reorder recruitment stages by dragging the reorganize icon on the stage block
After you have configured your recruitment stages to match your real process you will be able to assign stages to certain candidates both on the iPad app ...

Branding for login screens
Premium accounts can set a customized iPad splash screen with their branding. This will give your application a professional look introducing some wow factor into the recruitment process.
Bulk import for candidates
Tired of uploading candidates one by one? Try our new feature and import our candidates from an Excel spreadsheet. If necessary candidates could be linked to headshots and resumes.
In order to upload a set of candidates into a job opening click the import icon on a certain job
Upload three files:
1. The xls spreadsheet with candidate info (mandatory fields: applicant_ID, First_Name, Last_Name, Gender, DateOfBirth)
2. The zip archive with cvs in doc, docx or pdf formats. The cv should be related to a candidate by the applicant_ID field (see the picture below)
